|
Description
|
The purpose of this project was to allow faculty members of Kapi`olani Community college to vote online concerning the revision of the Constitution.
In this project, an email was sent to instructors with two URLs. The first one would point to a Yes vote, while the second to a NO vote. Instructors would only need to click on the appropriate URL and can vote only once.
A system has been put in place so that people could vote in person at the cafeteria where a wireless computer (thank you to Karl Naito for making the laptop technology available) could access the database and allow them to vote.
A result page that updates itself every time it was accessed was also available to the organisors.
